To apply for membership to the Intertype Angling Society please complete the following :-

Application Forms for season - April 1st 2012 to 31st March 2013 will be availabe to download during February 2012

1. Click on the above link to open the Word Document.

2. Print out the Application Form and complete.

3. Include with this application form 1 passport photograph and a stamped (2 Second Class Stamps) addressed envelope of size C5 ( 10" x 7" ) together with the correct remittance.
